The 1963 original Cosmograph Daytona. Dedicated to racing drivers, the chronograph counters stood out clearly on the dial thanks to their strongly contrasting subdials. The tachymetric scale – a graduation allowing the measurement of average speeds over a given distance using the chronograph seconds hand – was located on the circumference of the bezel instead of the dial.
